If the holidays mean worrying about what you ate, how your body will change, or when you’ll find the time to burn off calories with exercise - discover how to maintain a healthy weight and navigate the holiday season with strength, wellness, and mindfulness.

Join us for a 30-minute mat pilates routine, followed by strategies to:

Make healthy, balanced food choices without the need for restriction or overexercise

  • Manage your time so you can combat holiday stress and prioritize self-care

  • Learn tips to enjoy holiday treats without guilt or overindulgence

  • Participate in a Pilates routine you can learn to do at home! *limited spaces; registration required
