…and everything in between for busy moms and picky eaters!
LIKELY, NO ONE TOLD YOU THAT…
Your child’s picky eating may not be something they’ll simply “grow out of” with time, and may require additional support. Your stress response may be chronically switched ‘on,’ making it even harder to manage your emotions and find energy and motivation in your daily life. Your fear of weight gain, trying the next diet (or… restriction), feeling unhappy with your body, and feeling guilty for skipping a workout are all due to a more deeply rooted cause.
MAYBE YOU’VE FOUND YOURSELF…
Strict diets, calorie counting, and overexercising can be draining and isolating. Stressing over how you look, how you’ll "burn off" food, and losing interest in hobbies you once enjoyed just makes enjoying life even harder. Let’s help you lose weight (and keep it off!) naturally, so you can feel better about yourself without diets or overthinking.
Stressing over your diet and exercise choices
Letting go of control over food and exercise can be daunting, but sleep, stress management, and lifestyle are key factors influencing our health and weight. Our holistic approach helps enhance all these areas to finally break free from rigid thinking, let go of body-focused worries, and reclaim your life.
Constantly thinking about how you look, making it difficult to manage your time or focus on anything else
Struggling with mealtime battles, finding foods your child will eat, and worrying about their health.
Whether it's ARFID or picky eating, difficulty with mealtimes can affect the whole family. We’re here to help your child develop strategies to improve their relationship with food and expand their diet without added stress.
Worrying about how your health or body will change in face of altering life circumstances or conditions
Managing life transitions, new relationships, chronic conditions or even pain can take an emotional and physical toll that often goes unnoticed. The stress of it all can further impact your hormones, mood, and energy, leaving you in a negative cycle to question your lifestyle. We offer the education and strategies you need to manage your symptoms, improve your nervous system, and exercise and eat to effectively reduce anxiety so you can take back control over your life.

Meet Angela - Your Occupational Therapist Serving Glendale, CA
As someone who loves all things food and intuitive exercise - I believe everyone deserves to be physically and emotionally present for all of life’s sweetest moments.
Hear me out - I’ve been there:
A chronic stress response that wouldn’t turn off, being raised in a culture surrounded by comments about weight and food, MyFitnessPal, saving calories before or burning calories after events, prioritizing protein and neglecting fats and carbs...and for what? Social isolation, bloat, GI discomfort, depression, amenorrhea, hormonal imbalances, gut issues… AND STILL wanting to fit in a smaller size and questioning how I looked or felt about myself.
The only person who knows the toll these overconsuming thoughts and behaviors take on a person more than an occupational therapist - is one who has been through it all.
And so, I devoted my doctorate career, years of research, clinical practice, and interdisciplinary work with fellow providers to provide the support, guidance, and holistic lens that I know is holding you back from finally breaking free from diet culture, overexercise, and disordered eating.
It’s easy to hear that you should stress less about your appearance, ignore your thoughts and symptoms, or introduce your child to new foods early on…
Yet, if it were that simple, I wouldn’t be here to offer you something no other provider could.
We understand you can’t dedicate your 9-5 to “fixing” your lifestyle
Investing time and resources into care is a significant decision. That is why we spend our time in sessions educating you on the why, when, and how to improve your quality of life. As a doctor of occupational therapy, I specialize in helping you establish health-promoting habits and routines, creating customized plans that are tailored to your unique needs and effective in achieving your health goals.
