Energy Bites

Say it with me: whole 👏 foods 👏 are 👏 better👏

These are two energy-bite recipes you need to have on hand… all the time.

Serving: Makes 12

Choco-Nut Energy Bites

In a food processor pulse:

  • 1/4 cup raw almonds

  • 1/4 cup raw or roasted hazelnuts

  • 2 TBSP dark chocolate chunks (or chocolate or choice!)

until broken down into smaller pieces.

Add:

  • 1 cup (90g) rolled oats

  • 1-2 TBSP ground flax seeds (optional)

  • 4 TBSP pure maple syrup

  • 4 TBSP creamy raw almond butter

and pulse until the mixture comes together into a ball.

Roll into 12 balls and enjoy for up to 1 week stored in an airtight container (if they last).

Cran-Coconut Energy Bites:

In a food processor combine:

  • 1 cup (90g) rolled oats

  • 2 TBSP (30g) unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened dried cranberries

  • 3 TBSP pure maple syrup

  • 2 TBSP Tahini

and pulse until the mixture comes together into a ball.

Roll into 12 balls (slightly wet your hands to help with this one) and enjoy for up to 1 week stored in an airtight container (again, if they last).
